Hey everyone,
I thought I would let you know about the GREAT service from Seth at Brenspeed. I emailed them with the question: Would my tunes (from them) be modified at no charge if I upgraded my CAI from a K&N to a JLT.
This is the reply:
If you are running our tunes now and order the JLT from us we will comp the
tune adjustments.
At this point the JLT will not be a big enough improvment to replace your existing intake. If the car has cams and headers the JLT
will allow more air to enter the demanding engine and make more power.
If this is not the case I would think about putting that modification money
into more parts that work with the intake you have.Later on down the road it will need to be replaced but you can spend the money in better areas right now.

I am extremely impressed by their desire to do what is right for me as a customer and just not trying to get my money. They certainly have me as a loyal long term customer.

Their service is just awesome. When I ordered my long tubes from them they were out of stock. So they had them shipped directly from the manufacturer. When they arrived I discovered that they had sent two left hand catted leg sections, and no right hand one. Seth contacted the manufacturer, and kept me informed about fixing my order with multiple e mails, and phone calls. He made sure that the problem was rectified in a very timely. It was taken care of in just a couple of days.
Everything I have ordered from them has arrived quickly, and they have always been eager to answered my questions. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
