SCT...bad service?

I had a very good experience with their service when I updated my Livewire's firmware without loading my car back to stock first. This led to the device thinking I was trying to use it on a different car. The tech I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful and even did the thing where they could control your computer so he could get the files that needed to be fixed. It was past their normal business hours so I needed to wait overnight for their tune guy to fix my stock file, but first thing next morning it was waiting in my email for me to upload. I even got a call back from the tech later in the day cause he just wanted to make sure my car was running fine and that I wasn't having any more issues. I guess it all depends on who you talk to over the phone.
