Waste of money...

If you want to stiffen the body, do this...
Weld beads all the way through to fight flex, FR500C style.
Relatively inexpensive for the results IMO.

Good advice, pull the carpets before tackling any welding lol.

i've never seen that before, it's not that expensive, but idk if it'll do much either. pascal's idea seems pretty good tho.
