This past weekend my wife took me to Elkins West Virginia for a train ride. on the way back my Mustang held a steady 29 - 30 mpg on WV rt 33 and I79. Almost too good to be true the car does have a K&N Filter so I suspect that helps. The average speed was 72+/-mph. Needless to say I'm very pleased, how does this compare with you?

My best is 31.3 MPG over a 400 mile trek, mostly freeway at 65 MPH. I hope to improve this with my new programmer, but we'll see.

I used to get that before I install my last mods. I still get 24 mpg on the highway.

haha....i got 22 tearing through WV today in the valleys and such......its fun driving through here. The trees are all changing colors makes it even better. It sure beats the flat and boring roads in IN!

Nice. I'm also right around 24-25 mpg most runs on the highway.

Damn, lol. I get 21 in my GT and I drive quite aggressively. I have 50/50 cty/hwy.

On my drive to San diego this last weekend I averaged 25.5-26mpg doing about 80mph not bad.

Typically around 23 with a mix of highway (70%) and city (30%)... all highway I've gotten 28 before which is nice.
