4.10s + Cai/Tune for sure.

I dont seen the point of spending $500 on udp's and delete plates and your never going to feel the power...

You'll certainly feel the difference with UDP's. The delete plates, I agree if you do them by themselves. If you get into opening things up to make it breathe (like cams, intake, exhaust), then the delete's pay off.

I def noticed a difference in the UDP's. The car revs faster and has a little more power. Can't go wrong for only $200

Gears, for sho.

TB Spacer like everyone has said is BS, makes a cool whistling sound though. The Delete plates are a good mod, but a few people say it hurts the low end a little bit but helps in the upper RPM's. UDP's also a good mod for a quick 10 RWHP, nothing really bad about them either. Are people still reporting slightly worse AC from them?
