That's right guys! I just finished the small block swap on my 07 GT. I ran the car this last weekend at FFW and posted a time of 9.87 sec in the 1/4 mile on motor alone.
I was a little rusty having not driven the car in a couple months. However, I was still pleased with the results! At the time of this run the car was making 740rwhp.
The car was on a break in tune during FFW and when we got back we set it up for a little spray. We dyno'd it today and this is what we got.
The boys at Strictly Performance have really come threw on this car! It'll be a little while before we get back to the 1/4 mile with it as we'll be doing some testing on the 1/8th mile track around here (better track prep at the 1/8th).
Also want to thank the guys at Lethal Performance! When I looked at the triple hat fuel system I questioned the fact it had not been tested over 800rwhp. Well Jared assured me it could get the job done and he was right. Considering all the parasitic drag of my car (Big 2.8KB and a power robing THR400 trans) We're guessing the car made in the neighborhood of 1100 on the crank or better!

The car is a full weight full trim street car. I ran all passes with the spare, subwoofer and everything else in the car.
Given that she has a 6 point cage in her I'd say she tips the scale a little heavier then your standard GT.
In other words I can make a 9 second pass, swap the tires and go on a beer run.
