Default CDC shaker from factory scoop set-up??

has anyone done the cdc shaker hood system that originally had the factory hood scoop? i know the trim ring does not cover the factory holes, but how bad is it?? does anyone have a remedy for this or maybe some after pics? i really want to do the shaker, but not if it means buying a new hood also. if i have to go that far, i will buy a KR hood!!! but i would rather do the shaker so i can see the engine torque over and vibrate at stop lights.

a friend of mine done it to his car. The only thing it didnt cover was the 3 holes at the back of the factory scoop. He just picked up some rubber plugs at autozone and popped them in. Doesnt look bad at all. Everything else was fine.
