Smile Most recent mod - returning a part to stock?

Hey guys...so I was getting tired of the American Muscle black Rousch shift **** on my 'stang and was looking around online for a new one when I looked in my trunk and found the stock IUP shift **** and was like..."Wow...that looks really good and goes perfectly with the car and it feels pretty good." So basically I modded a part by returning something to the stock part. I guess I swapped the shift **** out so quickly I never really had any time to appreciate it or something, lol.

Anything like this ever happen to anyone else (not just shift ***** but any part)?

Well I have a little box back there with a quart of oil, flashlight, microfiber towel, spare headlight bulbs, and my handheld tuner. I guess I just got lazy and tossed the **** in there instead of putting it inside in the larger box of stock parts, lol.

Interesting story! I save time and money by not doing the mod in the first place. In this economy it is best to save your money. You never know when you may need it :-)

Hmm, yeah I got a billet grill and after having it for a little while I got sick of it and returned it back to stock! Well, that turned out temporary but it is interesting how you can change your mind so often...

I went from a stock grille to black billet grille back to stock and then back to black billet then bullitt grille. I think I'm gonna keep it with the Bullitt grille for a long while.

All I can say is I am glad to have found this site as you all continue help me "re-thinK" what I really want (aka need) to do to my GT. But I am always a packrat with keeping the old stuff around, as you just never know...
