If you have an 05-06 there isnt one in the car...you can hook one up by pulling out the Shaker, locating the port getting the wires and adapter etc...
ill find the Moss link:

I have one in my '07. Use it all the time, but do find that it seems to need more power for volume. Any ideas on how to boost the power from the ipod? I am using just an aux cable going from the jack to the ear jack on my ipod.

When i have my ipod pluged into my home theater system, i turn the volume all the way up and the sound comes out real clear.
but remember to turn it down for when you plug your headphones in lol otherwise its painful!

Its a know issue with ipods, they have very weak internal amps as well as very small capacitors so any music with allot of base will sound a bit muffled as the caps cant cope and discharge too quick.

My zune on the other hand sounds perfect. I can shake my windows and mirrors with my shaker500. I know this cuz my little sisters ipod sounds terrible on it.

Gee. really? No kidding......duh.
I may be blonde but I am not that stupid.....

I guess it may be the volume of what was put on the ipod as well. Most of my music is downloaded off the internet. And thanks to the poster that mentioned the amp in the ipod, kind of what I figured.

I can't believe some people don't know that they have an aux plug in the console...and that some go looking for it and then realize that their car did not come with one......(not having an '07 or above)...
It's called the owners manual... give it a read. I know I did and gee I also went over every inch of my car when I got it so I knew what every button and switch was for.
This is just silly!
