Default Fuel coming out of my Loudmouths ???

So my buddy driving behind me today told me I have a bunch of " fluid " coming out of one of my tail pipes. I know it was not water. no A/C nor heat on in the car. and when I got home I looked at the tail pipes but could not see anything. nor smell gas..

Anyone know what the heck it might be ?

It was water. Running the a/c or heat has nothing to do with the production of water from a tailpipe. One of the byproducts of an engine is the production of water. Nothing to worry about, perfectly normal.

Yeah, what jz said. Condensation can be significant sometimes. I truly doubt you had raw fuel spewing out your exhaust. Probably by the time you got home you had heated up to normal operating temps and burned off all the condensation.

Default Exhaust

For every gallon of fuel you burn, you produce a gallon of water. Very normal.

if you had fuel going out the hot exhaust, chances are it would catch fire, or even worse.. explode. This actually happened to my dads friend in the 70s when he was a car mechanic

Yup just normal condensation I would not be to worried if it was gas like somebody else said the heat from the exhaust would cause it ignite.

Water will always come out of your tailpipe if your exhaust is colder than the saturation temperature or "dew point." So you will see it a lot in the winter time before your exhaust pipes heat up to operating temperature.
