Default Did your 4.10s look like this??

I just received my frpp "A code" gears and master bearing install kit from Brenspeed. When i opened the box, i was a little shocked at how.....old they looked. I guess i expected them to be nice and clean or shiny or something. They have marks, like writing, on them which you can see in the pics. I just don't wanna be installing used gears. do these look about right??

Also, my install kit had gotten a bit "rearranged" during shipping. Does it look like i have everything? there's a ton of shims that you can't see.

Looks good and I let us know how the install goes and make sure you get a guarantee on "no whine" from the installer!

I am kinda suprised that they are FRPP gears. I thought they only carried the motives. Good to see they added the FRPP gears to the arsenal

yeah, i noticed that they started carrying frpp a couple weeks ago. Brent was even able to price match for me and took the time to explain a couple things.

I'm just glad that these look normal to everyone. I'm so freakin excited to get them in. I found a guy from another forum who's a tech at a local ford dealership. He does installs on the side on saturdays......$140!!! I checked with several other guys who've used him and they all highly recommend him as his install are silent. just hope he can do it this saturday as i don't think i can wait any longer.....
