I would say a Sawsall is best but i used a dremel(its all ive got) I pulled off my h and used a dremel tu cut off the x and put on the x and went to visit my uncle and he welded it in for me after i intalled it.

PS Mad Mike props but where in the world does EMS use blue lights???
Up in Alberta and well all of canada blue is for police only and EMS uses amber red and white.
