Default eleanor hood maker and fitment

I have seen a couple different companies that make the eleanor hood, I wanted to know about fitment of the hood and if it needs a body shop to install it- or are the hoods made well enough for a direct oem replacement with proper gaps.

Cervinis makes a very good product! but they may need a little prep to make perfect, they are the only one that I would say would come close to oem fit...but no fiberglass peice is going to fit like oem, they should all be test fitted before paint!

check out SaddleUp and MYGT500 hoods and PM them about them. Both are awesome cars and their hoods are very nice!

I've heard nothing but positive responses about Cervini's products.

I had a Cervinis ram air hood on my '95 GT and it did not fit very good at all. It may have been because the shop did not do much of anything to prep it before they painted/installed it. It sat up higher than the fenders at the windshield, but was lower at the headlights. Also, it had to be slammed just to close.
