This thread got me laughing...the other day i had to pickup 6 friends from the local club...well im sure they will never ask me to do that again due to 4 people in the back seat and 2 in the front seat and 3 of the 4 people in the back seat were about 5' 10 to 6' 1 and about 180 to 200 lbs.....the 15 minute ride back to my friends house was probably the longest ride of their lives....anyways yes i have people ride in the back seat on occasion...this was just an EXTREME case....

Mostly my two kids 8 and 12. Its a great way to get out of hauling their friends and sports equipment around. I love the look on my daughter's face when she says "light the tires up dad"

We have a back seat? I thought that was just a place to put my handbag.....

Actually I folded up my niece once (she is 10 and kinda tall for her age) and stuffed her back there once. She did not mind the short ride but I know she would not want to have been back there much longer.

Yeah man you don't want any adults sitting in the back sits unless it's an emergency. My and 8 and 10 year sits in the back but they don't, because they love driving in the Mustang for whatever reason.

My car is my daily driver so my 8 & 12 year olds ride with me everywhere.

They claim is comfortable and have no problems

the wife wouldn't let me buy the Mustang if they didn't fit (she wanted me to get a 300c with rear DVD for the kids) but thank god the kids wanted the Mustang instead.

MOVE the front seats forward and it's FINE to sit back there for everyone. People, just because you CAN move the seat all the way back so it hits the rear seat, doesn't mean you have to. I'm 6 ft tall and I can sit perfectly well in the back, and with the seats in that same distance i start with, the car has more room than almost all others in the same size anyway.
