Default question about the stang

Alright so where i live at there is a parking lot that is shaped like a rectangle well last night it was raing and i was hot rodding around well long story short i spun out the car did basically a 540 in the parking lot didnt hit anything but the car died on me i was wondering why did it die on me for?

Its a saftey thing..fuel was cut to the engine.
the reason they do it is if you flipped and your fuel lines were dripping and a spark hit it, the car would blow up.
notthing major just a standard safty thing

i thought the fuel would cut off if the rear end got hit. not from doing weak burn outs. maybe a 1440 not a 540

i wasnt doing any burnouts i just gave a little gas in a turn then when it got straightened up i didnt let off and the car just went crazy lol good fun tho

there is a fuel shut off sensor on the passenger side right right under the IP.
