I ordered me a Classic style front black spoiler and when it came in it had this white chaulky film over some parts of it. I tried removing it with rubbing alcohol but to no avail. Has anyone ever experienced this before? What do I use to take it off?

Where did you buy it from? Try wiping it down with some 3M Wax/Adhesive remover. If that doesn't work, I'd contact whoever you bought it from and ask for a replacement.

I usually wash those with lacquer thinner, sand them with 180 and prime them.
They usually have light sand scratches from the factory so you have to prime anyway.

Prep on those are the step that will decide the outcome, so no corner cutting.
