the tires have 16k miles on 'em; don't know exactly how much tread is left though, but there is still a fair amount.

so, it sounds like it's just wheel hop; that's what i was hoping, but it just seemed weird it did that only when tcs was on and in the rain (it never did it when i had it off while it was raining). i know this has been covered too, but does anyone have a particular aftermarket lca they are particularly fond of?

I have a hard time getting my tires to let loose. And when I try to burn rubber, I smell more of the clutch burning than I do thr tires. Thanks to BMR and Goodyear, there's not much hopping and spinning going on.

I hope you're saying you have traction control turned "Off"

I always have my TC on in the rain or wet roads, keeps the rear end in check. Wheel hop is normal in our cars...I love that feeling under acceleration of hitting a bump and thinking you've just lost your rear axle

depends on what type of joint you want
these are nice

or these

the bottom one is going to add more NVH but hook better

t/c is always on in the rain and off when the roads are dry. i know wheel hop can be normal (i've been driving mustangs for 7 years straight now ), but it just seemed weird it would do it (for me) only in certain circumstances
