I did a little searching and this is the list that i used to order all my parts from my local ford dealership. If i remember right it was about $2,000 for everything, the hood was replaced by my insurance after the original one was crushed in an accident, so add about another $900 for that....

The following list details the parts necessary to perform the GT500 front fascia conversion. When reading this post, realize that your existing Mustang fascia may or may not have fog lights, and you must carefuly investigate any wiring harness issues you may encounter. For this post, it is assumed that you have the Mustang GT with fog lights located in the upper radiator grille.
NOTE 1: The only item needed from the GT500 wiring harness is the female connector for the new fog lights. The necessary female connector may or may not be avaialbe as a separate Ford part. If not, then you’ll need to purchase the GT500 wiring harness and cut off the needed adapter. DO NOT install the GT500 wiring harness, as it does not match all the vehicles connections.
NOTE 2: The front half of the driver and passenger inner wheel well guards are not identical for the GT500 and GT. It may be possible to alter the stock GT wheel well guards to fit the holes on the new GT500 bumper and lower valence. I chose to purchase the GT500 guards since they were approximately $30 combined. If you do not purchase the GT500 trim pieces, and do not alter the stock trim, your valence will be unsecured in this location.

I purchased my complete GT500 front end conversion from Kevin Casey @ Clevenger Ford in California. He sends you everything you need to make the swap (including every bolt, clip, rivot, etc.). His number is 559.784.6000. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to to this conversion.
As far as the hood. Below is a link I found when I was thinking about doing the stock GT500 hood. It was the cheapest I could find and some friends of mine had used this shop before with great success.

05 Mustang how much did it cost you for your GT500 front end "kit" for that guy? if you dont feel comfortable answering that it all good. I mapped it that isn't too far from me so I would be able to go pick it up if I decided to do it.
