The drone is much more tolerable with my shorty headers. However, you probably don't want to go to that expense. Wouldn't a cheap x-pipe mellow out the drone a little?

From other post I have read, the magnapacks and borla sound very similar. I bet they are within 1-2 db of each other.

are these stingers or just borlas touring mufflers ? if there not the stingers then gta and the stock ones are the way to go.

No. Been there done that. However, I love the other effects my Bassain catted-X added to the stingers. It really woke them up - almost like adding headers.

I have made a deal with a Forum member and my Borla mufflers are gone. Just wanted to let all know. Again, thanks for the comments.

Yep, a friend has a stock 07 GT and that exhaust sound is fine for me. No engine mods so stock will work fine. I have added a front shock tower brace and will have J & M adjustable panhard bar and J & M lower control arms installed next week. With the car lowered via Eibach springs already and the few handling mods I'm doing, I'll be a happy camper.
