Default problem with emissions check for inspection

i took my car in completely stock besides my intake/tune and everyyhing passed, but they could not run the tests for the emissions because they said the cars computer would not allow them to. i automatically thought it was the tune, so i loaded the stock tune on, drove the car for about a week and then took it back. same problem occured. anyone know what could be wrong?

I'm a happy camper i don't have to worry about emissions.. I'd guess its not having any mufflers..

unplug battery for an hour, then the CEL should be gone, check all connections with the air intake and such. If the light comes back after that then you have bigger problems somewere

Check the help files on Brenspeeds sight to see if you hooked the O2 sensors back up to the proper plugs, they criss cross & many have hooked them up backwards which confuses the ECM.

Hope it helps

Pretty sure the rear o2's are the same, so swapping should not matter. And pretty sure they wont reach across to plug into the other side.

Its more than likely you have not completed the required drive cycle to get all the monitors ready. Its a pretty goofy drive cycle thats for sure.
Disconnecting the battery will only start that process over again.
Anytime you retune, or disconnect that battery, the cars monitors are reset and driving/idling cold/warm are required to get them ready again.
