Got my dark red '08 GT today-good price I think
Got a 5spd '08 GT tonight. Only options were leather and the rounded exhaust tips and the BS scoop package, and sirius satellite. Lots of discounts.....bargained for 23600 OTD including everything. It was the lowest priced one on the lot. So think I got a good deal. Great car but profile says I can't post pics so here's the links to a few pics.

Yes I need to get off my butt and to snap some pics of it.
My last Mustang was a '92 LX 5.0. The '08 shifter is night and day better.
But the gear ratio (3.31) is not what I want. 5th gear is a joke. I'm going in next weekend for 3.73 Ford Racing install. I do considerable freeway at 80mph (w/speed limit being 65-70) and don't want the 4.10s...I think they'll annoy me with the revs at that speed after awhile.
And I'm not obsessed with out of hole speed. Just want a 5th gear that I can feel.
No other mods for me at the moment. That's my only gripe with the car..the gears. I even like the stock sound of the exhaust....for now.
