Default Wiring a sub and an Amp to stock shaker 500

So my buddy went into Frys electronics the other day to pick up 2 12" subs for his truck, he went to the checkout and the casheer said That'll be $23.00

They got the pricing wrong so each sub was like 9.99 instead of 99.99 so of course, he went back and bought 10!
he said he would give me one because i helped him work on his old truck.

So i have a brand new 12 inch sub, Can i wire this to my stock shaker 500?
im getting a 500 watt amp for it so do i just run the sub to the amp and the amp to my HU?

is there even an open place in the back of my HU to put one of these?

I want to know before i build a box, because if it doesnt wire up, im gunna sell it!

thanks for your help guys.

Be aware that the amp turn on lead is only 5V out of the shaker HU.
