I have an H pipe with high flow cats welded in/long tubes/ and stinger axlebacks. When i welded in the highflow cats the car got a little deeper sounding and the drone really seemed to go away on most of the ride.

since you're exhaust will be less restrictive with the high flow cats, your stingers will get louder...not too sure if their tone will change, but if I had to guess, I would say yes

Really that is awesome... are the stock cats welded in so i would have to take them to a shop to get High flow cats or can i do that myself? Or would it be easier just to get a new X/H pipe and put high flow cats on it (the clamp on ones)

stock cats are welded in. you would have to have a shop cut and weld in, or buy a new midpipe. search youtube for x and h pipe setups with borla stingers, tons of videos.
