$3000 fine for being out of compliance (vehicle equipment code)
$5000 fine for tampering with equipment (anti tampering law)
Fix It ticket which requires an inspection and reinstallation of factory parts. (smog regulations)
Towing if found in violation on road.

$20,000 fine (environmental law)
up to 10 years in jail (environmental law)


Total:

Fine: $28,000
Jail: 10 years
Fix it.
Towing Bill.

I am running an O/R prochamber;however, I did order maganflow high cats last week. I hope they arrive soon. Driving with an O/R prochamber with magnpacks sounds awesome, but I don't think it would be worth it if I got caught.

Its more than just an inspection. You would have to go to a state certified referee, and pay that cost too.
