My Mother-in-law to be works for a Ford dealer and does all the paper work.We were talking about the KRs the other day. They are asking 140k for one! But from what she says and she see's all the $ money numbers that the KR only cost her Dealer 55 k the rest is profit. Seems like a lot of mark up even at sticker of 80K.

I saw a KR in a showroom today. $47k Ford sticker. Separate $35k Shelby sticker. No dealer sticker, so I don't know what they wanted for it.

I read everything on the Shelby sticker. Suspension mods, wheels, tires, body mods, some other cosmetic stuff, etc... And I'm thinking $35k is asking a lot for those mods. And that doesn't even get to the dealer markup, if any.

The 500KR looks a lot more like a pricey collector's item than a reasonably priced sports car, even considering the kind of car that it is.

sorry, but if I'm going to spend 120k on a car, it would be a ZO6 or something like that, not a glorified Mustang. And yes, I love my gt, I just can't see the justification on that highly inflated price.
