don't waste your money on getting a slower 2009.
The 2005 & 2006 can get higher power than the later S197's, according to the AM supercharger page.
Trade it at a dealers for a used one. You might not have to fork out any extra money, as your automatic is probably going to be worth more, since it costs more and has low miles. Trading it for a manual 2006 with less than 20,000 miles might be a good move if your not in need of the latest features.
On the other hand the 2008's and 2009's are on sale big time right now! It all depends on what you want. I personally would recommend, in the current economy, going whatever way will be cheapest for you.
