not hard at all. i would get someone to help you lift if up after unscrewing it and cut the adhesive with fishing line. its wedged in pretty good and you dont want to rock it to prevent denting. also be careful so you dont scratch you lift off the spoiler. the advesive tape is really the worst part to take off.
