Shard, i really think you've done everything
you could do, it's just not gonna work.
what we've learned here is that the key
codes are stored in the PCM and you're
just not going to be able to start the car
with what you've got.
either a ford tech has to come to you (with
the WDS) or you've got to get the car to him.

I think you are right, man I hate quitting. But losing the $75 I lost on the tune is a lot better than messing around and frying something.
Hopefully on monday I can just give in and find a tow truck, or befriend a hot german ford tech chick and hope she is willing to program my car in exchange for illicit favors.

Today was a nightmare, to make it short, I eventually got it to a capable dealer, 25 minutes later they had the keys coded and the car started problem free.
Ill start investigating the issue with the tune tomorrow, something definatly does not add up
