I read somewhere that if you are running rich you can potentially ruin your cats (meltdown). Once that occurs the car will stall often until the cats are replaced. I'm thinking over time it could do some damage to your car as well (toasted valves). There are aftermarket flame thrower set ups for cars (show only and it's ileagal in all states for the street). The only cars the systems work on are older cars without cats. However, I did read somewhere where you can install a system on newer cars with a suplemental proprane or NOS feed that would work. Anyway, just my take. Flames rule, as long as you know how it affects your car in the long run (including the plastic bumper LOL).
Update: I did some more research and they now make them for vehicles with EFI and CATS. Woo Hoo!
