Rford426, how much to the roush rear springs lower the car? do they just maket the car level?

it depends on your driving habits really. the consequences are premature failure of the struts/shocks.

yes, from the pictures and cars that i have seen in person, only installing the roush rear springs will make the car sit close to level....

I kinda just wanna try these springs out since no one else has them. But i dont wanna hurt my struts

go for it, try them. worst comes to worst, you pick up a set of used d-spec's from the classifieds area for arroung $450. you should be able to use the stock units for a while though. i have talked to people with '05 stangs that lowered them in '05 and are still running the stock struts. but on the other hand, i've also heard from people that say their stock struts failed as soon as 12 months. its really a gamble and again, depends on driving habbits and how much you drive it.

also, if the springs your looking at are the ones that come on the 427R's, they ride pretty rough, but handle great! i was lucky enough to drive a 427R and it was awesome, but i did notice the ride quality was a bit harsh, but what do you expect from a street legal track car?? lol.
