Default DVD/MP3/Stereo Touchscreen with perfect fit

Hey guys,
I've been doing some research on different tochscreen players with DVD MP3 and Radion [all the good stuff] and I wanted to know what fits in place of the standard 06' V6 Mustang's stereo that is priced from $400 to $600. I was looking at the JVC 7" touchscreen reciever for $500 but I want a few other opinions.
Thanks,
-Nick

Yea but those aren't perfect fits though. You and I are in the same boat, which is what I'm looking for myself, but with little success. What I think he is saying is that he wants an aftermarket that would fit exactly the same as the OEM radio or navigation touchscreen.

Notice how that aftermarket has noticeable space between the dash and the touchscreen indicated by the red border? That's not a perfect fit. I want to go the aftermarket route but cannot stand that gap.

^^ you are joking right...look at the image of the D3 above. That "noticable space" isnt really noticable. I have a Z1 in my car and it looks stock as hell really. Any HU replacement will look just the same.

If you want OEM this is your only choice below

Go ahead and pay 1700 for your OEM looking replacement

Pricey. But it looks like that's the only option we have. I've searched high and low for an aftermarket one, but to no avail.
