What's wrong with the billets?

zporta Dec 27, 2008 11:56 PM

i dont kno...thats what im asking...these are what i want but wanna make sure they are nice b4 i pull the trigger

The billets have the bling factor but unless that is something you want to spend the extra money on there are probably better cheaper options out there.

You might want to read through this thread btw. Contains some pertinent info.

I have the Steeda Billet LCAs and love them. Sure they look great, but they also reduce unsprung weight and I have no more wheel hop!

zporta Dec 28, 2008 08:46 AM

well then im gunna go with them...i hope it takes my wheel hop away

Check into the Metco billet LCA's, that's what I put on my GT500

In my opinion they look better then the Steeda's and are cheaper to boot!!!

Hadn't even looked at the Metco's, guess its time :)

Definitely check out the Metcos. I replaced my Spohn LCAs with the Metcos because the Spohn's bushings couldn't handle my launches. They bursted. The Metcos have a much stronger bushing and don't look to bad either.
