Just a comment on tire width: I have 275's all the way around and, if I had to do it over again, I'd put 255's up front. My 275's drive me batty on roads that are rutted due to truck traffic (and not just very deep, visible ruts). The front tires try to track the edges of the ruts and wider tires simply amplify this.

Wouldn't 255's be too narrow for a 9" wheel? I hear what your saying though. My driving is primarily limited to the interstate. I drive to work and back. Thats pretty much it.

As for the panhard bar. If your out 1/2" inch, can you honestly tell a difference by glancing at it? Or is it one of those things only you would notice and not anyone else?

You'd probably only be able to tell if you actually measured it. I doubt you could actually see it by eye only. Some guys are out by a little from the factory and the Roush springs have centered them perfectly. I've heard this a few different times. But either way, it's not something that you'd have to do right away, even if you end up off by a 1/2".

To me, 285/35/19 is the perfect tire for the rear (it's almost identical in diamter to the stock tires) and it should look perfect with a very mild drop from the Roush rear springs.

I forgot to ask-- Did you get the 10" rear wheels or do you have 9" all around?

Thanks Amort! My wife is awesome!

Even Steven: Theyre staggered. 9's in front and 10's in back.

It should be noted that although they do it on the Gurney car, the 285's are not recommended for a 9" rim.

I have a set of these I'm getting dechromed and refinished to match my current stock 08 Bullitt wheels (Argent with machined lip).

I was thinking 275/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear. Kuhmo SPTs... Also was thinking FRPP springs. Only a little worried that the weight of my Saleen 475 kit wants stiffer springs. Going with Koni dampers.

BUT THEN....

I had an idea.... 285/35/19's on the 19x10's around! Test fitting soon....

STAY TUNED.

Hey, I just got a killer deal on a set of 20" Razors, so I'm selling my 19" chrome Saleen Heritage wheels. They are 19x9 front and 19x10 rear, brand new still in their boxes. If anyone is interested, shoot me an email. evensteven2004 at gmail dot com

10 all the way around is the way to go in my book, thats what I did and I love the look and I can rotate. you will not notice the 1/2 out from the rear being out, I lowerd my car before i was a member here and I had no idea that my rear was moved over till I heard about it on here. the dan car you have in the pics is lowerd about 1- 1and1/2 inches you will need to lower your steed to get the look you are going for, you can add the panhard later.
