Check your state laws. I'll bet there is one that covers your situation. Most states have consumer protection laws for such situations.

that is some bs. id definately be putting a few words in their direction. i mean, if im paying them to do some work, they should do their part and install correctly, or at least check and verify it was done right.

That sucks,I can understand no warranty on the part,but if they didn't install them right they should fix it!
