I use Linux very much but I didn't like the Navigation support for it so I had to step my feet into winblows xp. But before you shrug your shoulders and say what crap is that my install boots in 10 seconds from post. So basicly I am running a stripped down version of xp. Works very well. I will be sending more pictures soon also.

Hey man I am very interested in puttig something similar in my 02 GT. Did you write the touchscreen software? or is there somewhere I can find that program. I figure I could build the PC easily enough. What kind of power supply did you use for the PC? Do you have to make sure you turn off the comp before you turn off the car, etc etc. Just misc questions I have

Who it was intended for was not the point. The point was we're all here ( or at least came here in the beginning ) to share ideas, knowledge, lies, stories, etc. Your comment about selling someone a drawing of how you put your multimedia center in your car is a bit "material" in my opinion.

Second. I'd have a hard time making use out of that thing. To me just seems like an expensive mp3 player but whatever floats your boat.
