Only a certain percentage of all that stuff is confiscated for drug offenses. In the Coast Guard we nabbed vessels for smuggling people, Cuban cigars, endangered animals, and illegal fishing not just drugs. The government even auctioned all of Willie Nelsons cars, and other stuff to pay his back taxes. You'd be shocked at what the government will do to get the money you owe them.

The Vette, Mustang, GTO, and Charger are all in MI on the same lot, all ending on the same day, and they're all setup for nitrous, and ones a full on drag car. I'd say they were probably all part of the same seizure. Perhaps illegal racing? Who knows. Besides, if they were fer hauling drugs, those nitrous tanks would take up valuable cargo space.
