power steering delete belt length???
Hi all,
Im looking into "cheap" swap on the fly mods to do at the track. It seems to be that pulling the oem belt to put a shorter belt that eliminates the power steering accesory is a great mod for track only.
I have seen this available for sale from spydershafts but i would like to know what is the length of this belt so i can buy it locally. supposivly its worth a few tenths and a few mph. would like to try it out and pass on the gains to all yall but what length is the power steering delete belt????

I posted on this exact issue here:

I'm sure you've all heard of this before. But, I figured I'd bring it up cuz I'm bored (work from home). For around $17.00 you can do it yourself. It's the Power Steering delete or belt re-routing.
The Autozone part number is: 650K6, which will be a pretty universal part number across different brands since the first part: 650 - identifies the length (65.0") and the 6 at the end identifies the 6 ribs of the belt. See the pic below for belt routing:
btw: found this on another site so I can't take the credit.
