Update!!

I took the stang into Beach Ford Collision Repair this morning. They said they would be to remove/repair the spoiler, and the same for the rear quarter panel. And have both repainted. Estimate was just under 600. Contacted the contracter responsible to the roofing. Met with him, provided him a copy of the estimate. He wrote me a check for the exact amt. Depositing the check soon. Went ahead and ordered myself a GT500 spoiler. I will have them only repair the rear qtr. panel and get rid of my stock spoiler.

Just a suggestion but you might want to write that guy a thankyou note or show some sort of appreciation if you haven't. Perhaps you already have. But it's hard to find honesty any more so it should be recognized when it comes up.

I laugh at this considering my car has been driven through a garage, rear ended, not to mention keyed! But really I hope this is the end to your bad luck!

The contractor was a good guy. I think he was quite confused about the situation. He had someone with him that basically told him to just give me a check. He wasnt sure what to do. None the less I thanked them both. He apoligized a MILLION times.
