Default Thanks to all! And a gas gauge question.

Had to join and post up to say thanks. After a lifetime of being a truck/gm muscle guy, we bought mama's dream car a week ago, an 05 black/black GT. I got on here and solved the clunk completely (swaybar ends, folks!) found out the best way to hook up my ipod, fixed the clunk in the rear (add-on to the American Thunder system), how to fix the window tint scratching, and other goodies. So thanks again, folks. Now, only thing left is my dead gas gauge. The dash shows miles to go and it's right, but the gauge is dead. All the other gauges in the cluster work. I have the color-change thing. Anyone heard anything?

well, i don't know if this could be the fix, but there is a tsb on an erratic fuel gauge: http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/gala...sb06_10_13.pdf

hopefully you can still get that one taken care of under warranty

Time for a new insturment cluster.
Its not repairable and is replaced
as an assembly. The stealership
will need to be in on this swap so
the specific module can be configured
to the can buss system.
