Do i need to adjust the pinion angle if my car is gonna stay at stock height? also if i do how hard is it to adjust with adjustable control arms? i plan on getting the spydershaft? any other recommendations on which driveshaft to get?

Not sure what you are asking here.
If you are keeping stock ride height, why the adjustable LCAs?
Here is the driveshaft angle checking procedure.

If you are staying stock height, you don't need to adjust the pinion angle and you won't need adjustable LCAs either. There are several good ones out there.

No need for adj anything with the new DS of your choice (spydershaft is a great shaft) and stock ride height.

If you have 20's on the car you might need an adj panhard bar to adj the center of the axle but other then that your fine as is to get the DS!

+1 if you're staying stock height, you don't need to adjust the pinion angle. The following article by Crazy Al does a good job in describing the effect of the adjustable LCAs of the pinion angles.
