Anyone running 285/40/18s??
Can anyone post pics of their 285 rear tires, on 10" wide rims.... I currently have 295/45/18s which look great but they are quite tall and have a noticed a difference in fuel economy and the acceleration is a little slower, which doesn't really bother me. I just want to see your guys' rear tire selecitions

275/40/18's on 18 x 9.5"
What size were you running before? If they were the stock 235/50/18's and you haven't used a tuner to make the adjustment, then your speedometer is off by 2.5-3 MPH due to the 4.22% diameter difference. That would also throw off the computers calcs on mileage, etc.. Your engine is also working harder to turn the larger diameter tires (addtl 1.2" diameter; that's an extra 6.3" circumference).
