What's your clearance clarence

After putting in LT's, my cats are my lowest point. With stock shocks & springs, I have exactly 4 inches of clearance.

I'd really like to lower the car with FRPP's. But that would take me down to 2.5 inches of clearance under my cats. That's way too low isn't it?

How much clearance do you LT'd & lowered guys have?

Man, just do it. I'm running Eibach Pro's with LT's and cats and I only scrape if I take an angle I know I shouldn't anyways. Plus you'll love how it looks :)

So true just do it and take all turns into driveways and plazas in a good angle and do so slowly!

Looks a bit low, right? With stock springs.

Scared of what this will look like with lowering springs.

Just trust me man, take the dive. I've had these on for 12k miles now and can count the times I've scraped on one hand.

I've got the Kooks, with FRPP lowering kit, and there hasn't been any problems at all with it scraping.

I want to do LT's in the future, but I have the H&R Super Sports (2" drop) so I'm wondering if it will even be possible lol

HA HA HA I envy you. Take a look at mine with the FRPP springs and side exhaust.

notice where the folks advising you to lower it live! If you don't live in the flatlands you will be the one paying for all the repairs, not them!
So stop, catch your breath, and go back and look at how high the classic Mustangs and Shelbys were. Then you'll realize how overblown this super-low look is.
Not to mention how just lowering the car with just springs won't give you a single performance benefit.
