Default Bullseye borg warner S366 results

Engine: S.T. Motorsports built 302ci. 9:1
Diamond pistons, Eagle Rods and Crank.
+1 Manley valves
Stock heads and cams
Custom Borg Warner S366 turbo by Bullseye, modded to fit on a HP Performance kit.

Tuned by Adam @ ST

13psi it put down 597hp 63?tq.(think it may have been more tq) "Street tune" May turn it down to 12psi to be safe.

Put some C16 in next. Turned it to about 19-20lbs and hit 729rwhp 854tq. Thought we may have maxed the turbo out so we turned it down to about 16lbs and it put down just under 700rwhp. So efficiently, 16lbs is probably whats best on the turbo.

This turbo hits HARD and surprised everyone. Not bad for a 66 trim.

I'll post up the dyno sheet as soon as I can get it. Top torque is around 4k.

That's pretty good Dex. Adam is a great tuner. I've been trying to get him to help me with my tuning issue but he doesn't return my emails so I will look elsewhere.

If I ever replace my turbo, it will be with a borg-warner similiar to what you have.

In February I am having Tony from HP tuning in Florida tune my car. I'm putting in an
11.xxx psi (large red spring from Tial) spring and trying to max this little turbo out. I'm hoping to get a street tune in the 11-12 psi range right around 500 hp and 530 tq and close to 600 @15 psi with 100 oct. Right now I'm at 550 tq and 530 hp with 12.5 psi with the 100 octane. So we will see what another 3 psi will do.

Then in February I think I might actually make it to the track twice!!! Very excited.

How long did it take Borg Warner to make your turbo?

How much did the turbo Cost?

Is it a BB?

What size are the intake and exhaust on the turbo?

Bullseye Power made the turbo. This isnt an off the shelf Borg Warner. I talked to Dan 231-830-5102

Had it out to me the same day. BW arent BBing. They spool quicker lol

BTW, dont email, call the shop.

Wondeful.

STS wanted 2200 for a 67 mm BB turbo. I've have spoke with a few others who were 1k under that.
