Scraped CDC Chin Spoiler - Best Way to Fix?
Hey Guys -
I scraped my CDC Classic chin spoiler this past week. It was slight, but the result was a few small white scrapes where the spoiler hit. I have just the black basic color that it comes in, and I was hoping someone might have been in the same boat at some point and can suggest what would be best to color the white marks to match the "normal" color of the chin spoiler.
I thought about a Sharpie, but realized that it would be way too dark.
Any suggections? I'd appreciate the help! Thanks everyone.

Thanks guys. I did sand it down hoping it might help. It definitely did smooth it out and cleaned it up, but still need to cover up the white spots.
Flat black paint, huh? I may have to give that the ol' college try.

Bumper repair epoxy works great on those because it mixes black. Sand down the edges of the scrape, then spatula on some of that epoxy to fill the scratches. I like to use a razor blade as a spatula for tiny repairs. If you do it just right, you might not even need to sand the repair. Good luck.

I did the same thing to mine last year. I never sanded it, I just cleaned it up good, taped it off and sprayed it with some semi-flat black Krylon paint that I had. I sprayed the entire spoiler and it turned out fine.
