I was looking into a brand new gt, which was about 375 a month and 650 or so for 6months on the parents insurance policy, got a cobra for 365 a month, and 590 every 6months, used gt would probably be around 300-340, and 5-6 for insurance, hope that helps ya get a "ballpark" range for what itll cost ya, and do it, sn197s are sick

Asking/telling people what your monthly payments are is meaningless without some background info. I mean somebody could tell you that they bought it and it's about 150 a month. What they're not telling you is that they put $10,000 down and they are on a seven year loan. Stop worrying about the monthly payments and just find one that's a good "out the door" price. Any dealers eyes will light up when you start telling them how much you want to spend a month...

Damn.. If the insurance is in the ballpark of 190-250.. That would be so awesome. I was expecting easily doubled or tripled that.
I was thinking about selling my 84 for a few grand and put that towards a down payment towards one.
So if insurance is around 200 and the payments are around 300-400.. Thats about 600$ a month. Not too bad.
I got a question though.. Do you think i should wait until the 2010 mustangs come out.. Think we will see a price drop for the later models then?
