Default New Edelbrock Supercharger

I saw this is Hot Rod Magazine this week. It seems that Edelbrock is offering a SC for Mustangs as well. I called the dealer here in my home town and he told me they were just introduced at SEMA.

Anyone have thoughts or installed one yet?

Here is the link.

Nice, but isn't the TR3650 only rated to 360lbs of torque?

excellent link resQman, the vids
are very informative.

there's one guy who will have this
bolted on pretty soon, i can't wait
to hear how he likes it.

if i were shopping for a s/c today, this
one would be on the short list.

It is probably the best looking supercharger from a mustang I have ever seen IMO.

I love how it looks and the amount of horsepower on such low boost is AWESOME honestly though I would love to see a true old school supercharger like they had way back in the day on the old dragsters with the 3 circle butterflies in that chrome scoop that was like 1 and a half feet tall.

There are several other threads about this new SC, but thought since I have one on order, figured I would chime in.

Several vendors like Summit and Jegs show a 2/16 ship date, but from what I have been told, those who pre-ordered (like me) will be shipping sooner. How much sooner is the unanswered question.

I plan to do the install myself and will provide some real world feedback very soon! But as with many of the other comments. I like the look, keeping the stock airbox, and getting some decent RWHP #'s with only 5psi of boost! Its also kind of nice (but scary at the same time), to have something unique and new to the market.
