I did all of mine at one time but my car couldn't be more driveable. Even with an aluminum flywheel, these cams (Crane) are awesome. I still get 17/24 mpg and you can't beat that with a stick

They are a one off grind blower style cam, but would be similar to a stage 2 or 3 comp.

EDIT: I'm also running lockouts as limiters weren't made when I built the car. If your considering either I think the limiters are the way to go!

This is with my break in tune, I didn't get any sheets with my new tune which is 385/387

ok i have the cams that you are talking about the XFI NSR Stage II from Brenspeed... I did have LTs already when i got them on (Well i had them put on at the same time...) But if you estimate that I should have gotten ~290-300rwhp with just the LTs, High Flow X, and CAI, then I got between 25-35rwhp with the cam.

i would not reccomend the brenspeed tune with the cam, get it dyno'd, those are always going to be more efficient... I got my dyno, cam, headers, X, header gaskets, camshaft bolts(2), and the install for all for a grand total of $1869 pretty good for 75rwhp
and heres a link to my idle

I don't have a print out to scan and post but you can call Dyno Tune in Virginia, ask for Brent. He will tell you that with cai, dyno tune, pullies, long tube, and cams you will be at @340 to 350 rwhp. If you run no cats you might see higher numbers but will suffer a torque loss in the lower rpm range.
My buddy is a front end guy at ford. We dropped the K-member (3 of us), put the motor on a pole jack, unbolted the exhaust, unbolted the headers, bolted the headers up, bolted the exhaust up, put the k-member back up and done.

The name might say it all, but I might have a little something extra point being, though, cams make a huge difference but don't affect the every day driveability of the car. The day the car becomes a hassle to drive is the day I'll sell it.

Here's a sound clip, skip to about half way if your impatient.

Darn straight, she's benching 385 right now that's a pretty stout motor if you go by the flywheel

Not yet LOL but I will soon. I'm calling BULL#&^# on the long tube headers being installed in 1 1/2 hours. Yes I can see two working on it and having it done in @3 or 4 hours at the least. Don't you know twos company and threes a crowd.
