Engine Wouldn't "Turn Over"

i would say from what you said its that your running really rich! you dont have a wideband do you? i think you need to get a custom tune done for your supercharger. FI is the one thing that you really do need a custom dyno tune for (IMO) Either way give the people who you got your supercharger/ tune from a call and see what they have to say about the smoke and mention the smell to them. Also are you running cats??? mention that to them too.
hope you get it sorted but it seems that all you need is a retune.

I did have an Autometer Nexus Wideband A/F ratio gauge installed with the bung.
I am running the stock exhaust with cats, except for Borla mufflers.
I have noticed my exhaust tips are a much darker black in comparison to before my supercharger was installed.

So this Monday I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. This is the 2nd time within 1 week. It took 4 turns of the key to get the engine to turn over. It sputtered for 10 seconds (sounding like the Flubber machine in that old Disney movie) and my engine rpm's were very low then the rpm's shot up to 2000 and it started to run strong.
I need the installer/tuner to look at it but they want my car to stay overnight to start it up when it's cold. I've noticed my car, so far, starts fine on colder days and has trouble on warmer 40+ degree weather. It's a pain in the *** to be without my car because it's my only car!

I haven't noticed the whiter smoke come out of my exhaust but my car still won't start on the first turn of the key. The exhaust smells like normal but it's much more concentrated and stronger.
I also noticed that my average MPG is 11. That seems to be a tad low. I expect my gas mileage to suck but before the Whipple I was getting 15 MPG driving. I mostly drive in stop-and-go city driving.
I'm leaving my car overnight Thursday night and Friday with the installer so hopefully they figure out what's up.

I have the same problem with my mustang on cold days it seems to start fine but like today when in was about 40 degrees out it wouldn't start and it would sputter a little once i got it to start and drove it a little it was fine and ran with no problem. I think it has to be something with the tune i have because it never did it before i tuned it. Let me know what they figure out on yours.

I can kinda agree its the tune, granted I am only N/A, but ever since I used that pro-cal tool from Ford, my car starts up, sputters for a few seconds and then jumps to around 2 k or so. I also have a strong exhaust smell - so it could be the same issue. Hopefully this will get solved by Bama, but who knows.
Its going to be around 60 today instead of the usual 30 or so. So I am hoping it doesn't do that, but you never know :/
