Well, for me, I can look at the Cobra and the GT and there isn't one thing I like more on the GT, none.
I look at both from every angle and sorry, the Cobra has the appeal...
Better rear, sexy front end and its wheel are not worse looking than the GT and they're 18s

I have to agree.. the terminator was the best looking mustang of all time prior to the S197 release. I still look and drool over new edge GT's.. GREAT looking (and sounding!) cars IMO.

The interior is what swayed me on purchasing an S197 GT over the cobra.. no matter how much I looked at that interior I couldn't get past the layout/cheap look. And after driving an SN95 my decision was made. Not to mention the true mcpherson front suspension of the S197.

The interior is where I have to live and the S197's is just vastly superior. Now about that steering tilt..
