thanks and anytime glad i could help im deff happy with my set up drones not to bad as well there is still a little but the headers reduced it a ton. . . i hardly notice it now

thanks i liked your video as well it sounded good . . .when i was reading your thread you said the shop had trouble getting your xpipe off . . i had the same problem getting mine off as well. . . i think its cause when you clamp them down the pipe bends around the inner pipe and makes it a B%$#* to get off. . i had to pry the tabs a little . . . did you notice alot of vibration went away once you switched headers?

The problem with the Bassani X-pipe is the slip-fit at the rear. If they had made it like the stock pipe with a sleeve clamp, there would not have been an issue. I also had my pipes spot welded to keep them from slipping apart, which had happened twice.
The vibrations are down considerably. The BBK's really reduce the exhaust turbulence, which is a major cause of vibration and drone.
One thing I've thought about doing is converting the race pipes and cats to ball-joint type fittings, so I can easily swap out the cats and race pipes whenever I want.
